Bluffton, SC

This stunning home in Colleton River was honored at the Hilton Head Area Homebuilder’s Association Lighthouse Awards for Building Excellence.

This beauty was awarded: Best Exterior, Best Bath, Best Special Feature (Best Artistic Use of Wood) and Best Overall.

This home fuses contemporary design, natural materials, oversized windows, seamless indoor-outdoor transitions and unique finishes while maximizing sweeping golf and water views. State-of-the-art appointments include, spa-like bathrooms, a chef’s masterpiece kitchen & bar, multiple media rooms, a catwalk and hand hewn finishes throughout.

The Best Special Feature was awarded for the showstopper ceiling in the great room. Each individually shaped section was hand woven together to produce the spectacular final effect.

Bringing a 33-year-old Port Royal oceanfront estate back to life was a true labor of love. At 4,800 square feet, the home had incredible potential but needed a complete evolution to match its stunning ocean views. We stripped away the outdated layers, removing walls to open the layout and replaced everything from the cabinetry to the finishing hardware. By introducing a fresh palette of coastal textures and and high-end furnishings, We transformed an aging property into a bright, modern sanctuary that feels both refined and thoughtfully tailored to the owner's lifestyle.
